Dear Santa: Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

When Maddie woke up the day after
Christmas, her first words were, “I want to go see if my
trampoline is still here!” The day after that, she said,
“Let’s go look at my trampoline!” Madeleine jumps
on that thing fifty times a day, and I rejoice every time she does
so.

Maddie’s always been a jumper: she
loves to jump and finds it always fun, never boring. We’d had
our eye on this href="http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/click?lid=41000000023452225"
target="_blank">trampoline
for a while; it’s one of
those mini ones just for kids, with a bar for them to hold onto
while they jump. It’s super safe since it doesn’t have
any springs – it’s all with a single bungee cord
threaded through. And the legs unlock and fold down for easy
storage.

Maddie jumps before breakfast. She jumps before getting dressed.
She jumps before going to the park, and upon returning from the
park. Before naps, after naps, this girl hits the trampoline and
jumps, jumps, jumps.

So if you’re looking for something to stave off the imminent
bad-weather cabin-fever, consider picking one up; it’s well
worth the price and can be used for years.

And Santa, for thinking of this little gem, you have my eternal
thanks.
